When you contact BKU through the inquiry form or by email, we receive the details you choose to share (such as your name, company, work email, and message). We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and to scope a potential engagement. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for marketing.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not set advertising cookies. If basic, privacy-respecting traffic measurement is added in the future, this notice will be updated first.

Participant data

Speech data collected in BKU projects is governed by project-specific participation terms agreed with each participant and each buyer — including permitted use, retention, withdrawal, and the explicit exclusion of voice cloning unless separately authorized. Those terms are documented per project and take precedence over this general notice.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation it belongs to. You can request deletion of your inquiry data at any time.
